ABOUT US

The Shoehorn Museum is dedicated to the history and art of the shoehorn.  The collection has been amassed over decades from around the globe.

Visiting the Museum is a one of a kind experience, a trip through the function, art and history of the humble shoehorn.  Your docent is typically the collector himself - Dr. Forest Tennant - a world renowned physician and the city's chief historian.

The Museum's home is inside the oldest commercial building in the city of West Covina, a suburb in the greater Los Angeles area - about 25 miles east of downtown L.A.

No "life list" of visits to quirky and one of a kind museums is complete without  touring the Shoehorn Museum.
